I greatly enjoyed my time at this clean budget hotel. the room I booked was kept spotlessly clean. - I appreciated having an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator in the room. - Breakfast was available to enjoy during my stay.

the rooms were well-organised and large with an outstanding service. i appreciated superb restaurant. the staff was very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and the food was delicious. the location was great close to the beach.

Only thing was the lighting in the kitchen could have been improved, however this was a good excuse not to have to cook. Also the minibar contents took up most of the fridge space.

Everything was amazing during our special one-night stay. the location was great, very close to Takapuna center, supermarkets, restaurants, markets. - the North Shore district was definitely worth exploring.

The most beautiful view in Auckland and the sunrise was breathtaking! Lovely room and friendly, very pleasant staff.

internet connection is not worth to its price, $20 per day but the wifi signal is always poor, some of the ports are blocked...

The staff here are really friendly, and the location is fantastic; plus, there is a separate bedroom.

Good quality hotel, helpful staff, good facilities, excellent location for our purposes. The mini-suite room was perfect, plenty of room and facilities. We were only there for one night before flying out, but would definitely return to stay longer. Very comfortable hotel to stay in.

Wonderful view. Good to have a terrace. Perhaps clean the windows, otherwise good cleanliness and comfort. Nice touch to have magazines. Perhaps a couple of biscuits with the free tea and coffee would be a nice touch and two bath robes, not one. Otherwise it was very very nice. Very comfortable beds and couches. The staff at the desk did not know much English. Overall enjoyed our stay.
